I recently purchased my first property at an amazing price, but all dreams come with fine print. Trim and crown moulding was ending in odd and abrupt ways, the floors were cracked/damaged, closet doors were falling on peoples faces, the walls were damaged with a seemingly endless number of dings, and that was only the tip of the iceberg. When I first decided to renovate I went through the time to get quotes from a couple companies. Each of the companies had their pro's and con's, but it was the most unusual factor had me choose Massimo over all others: none of the other companies would answer their phones! I kept thinking to myself: "If they don't answer their phones or return my calls before I even write them a check, what happens after they have my money?" Massimo and his people were absolutely the right choice. My condo looks brand new. The attention to detail Massimo gives to his projects, and more importantly his customers is amazing. He was always on time, always on top of everything, and he always answered his phone! He isn't cheap, and rightly so. Massimo is a perfect example of the old saying "you get what you pay for". I would recommend Massimo and his team to anyone without hesitation, and will undoubtedly use him again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Baydoun Appliances came out and installed an over the range microwave at my condominium. The installation itself went flawlessly, but the microwave was defective, and I ended up having to take it down, exchange it, and mount the new one myself... It was not Baydoun Appliance's fault that Samsung decide to make a death trap of a microwave where it only microwaved if the door was open... but I would have appreciated not being rebilled to have them come out and put up the replacement considering this all happened in the same day. Rating from the initial installation alone I have no complaints.
