I have used this company several times. Fred is the Manager and he is so amazing! We had a giant flood and their services were done efficiently with 110%. I thought my sump pump was not working. Fred stopped by, did a few things and Voila! No charge! I would give them 100 out of 10!!!

We have been using this company for for 15 years. We researched companies for putting in a pool and found this company to be the best for us. Brain Powell is super nice, very intelligent and he answered the hundreds of questions I had asked him. Our pool is gorgeous and over the years we have maintained it, replaced the liner, added stamped concrete to our backyard and done repairs and replacement of pool equipment. We also added a solar heating system which saves us a ton of money. We have used Rosehill Pools for all of these projects and are really happy with the service and prices.

In 2009, we had a major flood in our basement. I called Mr. Rooter and they came immediately. They are polite, hard working and they investigated and solved the problem right away. In the summer of 2012, we had another flood. I called Mr. Rooter and they came to my house and checked out the possible reasons for the flood. The plumber called and had the manager come to my house. They showed me on the camera that the flood was caused by my outside drain pipe and the leaves that were blocking the downspouts on my roof. I had the leaves cleared and the downspouts repaired and no more water in my basement! They were amazing! They investigate, explain the problem and find a solution. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter as a plumbing company.

I have had Mr. Rooter repair my flooding problems on 2 previous occasions. They repaired the pipes efficiently and in a timely manner. They were so pleasant, easy to communicate with and fixed each of the problems they found. I also had my drain pipe lined so that it would protect the old drain pipe from causing a flood. We had a flood recently and they investigated everything and found it was the result of a blocked pipe on the city side and blocked eaves troughs. Travis arrived at my home immediately and called his manager Fred and they spent several hours investigating until they found the cause. There was no charge for all of this work because they found the work they had done previously was fine. I have been so ripped off by plumbers I found in the yellow pages, but Mr. Rooter was amazing. Fred and Travis were excellent. If anyone ever has a flood in their basement, they should call Mr. Rooter.
