I cracked the leaf of a 1940's mahogany dining room table that has been in the family for over 60 years one Sunday afternoon. I found Roy Furniture on HomeStars and reached out to him that same day with photos of the damage. He responded less than an hour later, asked me a few questions and put my mind at ease that he could get it fixed for us. Just as important to us as fixing the cracked leaf was to preserve the subtle inlay around the skirt and on the legs. We just got the table back and could not be happier. Not only was the work exceptional and on time, but Roy is also a pleasure to work with and his knowledge and experience in this craft is quite evident as soon as you speak with him. Kiddies World carries a variety of products in all price ranges. You can find anything you need for your child there. The staff, especially Nyla, is helpful and pleasant in assisting you in making your decision. She will not push the more expensive products on you just to make an extra buck, and is not afraid to steer you away from a product that she feels is inferior. The only complaint I have is in delivery. They promised us a particular date and then missed it. When they finally did make the delivery, they gave us a 5 hour window in the middle of the week to be home and would not commit to have the drivers call us before heading over to our house, so we could come home from work to meet them. In the end we lost half a days work becuase of their inflexibility with delivery. However, that is not enough to make me not go back. I will buy other baby needs from them as I go along.
