We were moving into a new re-sale home and wanted a doorway widened. The doorway was on a "load bearing" wall. When Rob opened up the wall he discovered that the support required for opening up the load bearing wall already existed. He was extremely honorable and informed us of this situation and adjusted his cost accordingly. We are extremely pleased with the care and craftsmanship that Rob and his crew used on the renovations to our new home. We were working on a tight schedule and Rob finished ahead of time!
