sales service was terrible from the WINDERMERE Langdale division...NEVER BOTHERED to reply e-mail after 5% down was paid...always had to physically drop in to get answers...worst of all she shrugged off the fact she was supposed to write $1000 cheque out of her commission to keep us on the deal to make the house purchase...the head office backed up the employee, as expected, not wanting to do ANYTHING that would cost them A SINGLE PENNY...what a caliber of service coming from a "reputable" building company...their words are GOOD FOR NOTHING so bring in a recorder to record every single conversation you'll ever have with them
