I have reliance rental for over 5 yrs no problem . Its on rental service . For the first time i had to call in for no heat/hot water . Its saturday and i waited till next morning after doing reset. They can't sent tech as no one is available until monday. Absolutely frustrated as i offered if i can approach local tech and have it looked after immediately as we have senior citizen at home with heart condition to be looked after. Typical customer service script with denial read by supervisor and employee. I am giving 3 starrating of 6 because product is excellent but its' service which matter the most. I called in twice today to see if situation change but they didn't bothered to talk to scheduler or planner . I also ask If some one who can help me over phone? No one to help. I try to schedule service online but not working and no one to help for online account reset because it's Sunday.... I think they need to increase service staff on week end and holidays as family stay home reason of more service breakdown .
