Having a site manager made everything really easy. If something goes wrong or you have a question, there is only one person to communicate with, rather than sorting out/organizing the different trades yourself - which can be a headache!!

Michelle was patient and helpful without being pushy at all. I felt she had good product knowledge and tried to help me make choices that suited my design taste and functionality.
