This is the 3rd time that we chose Direct Pro to replace windows. We like their windows as they look beautiful and solid, and are better looking than some windows that we had replaced in the past. We have always contacted Eugene to provide advices and quotes. After the contract was signed in late April, they called to set up an appointment to do measurements, and then set up another appointment to carry out the job in a few weeks. For each appointment they came on time. I have met different people who came to do installations and they were all very nice and professional. After the installation, they cleaned up all the debris inside and outside the house. There was a miscommunication when signing the contract that the window was mistakenly marked as frosted, and the window came as frosted. Eugene was very kind and he changed it to clear glass a few days later after the window replacement was done. We felt very grateful for what Eugene had done for us. We definitely recommend Eugene and his company for window replacement jobs!

We have pitched roof and the second layer shingles facing south were all curled up, the rear flat roof was in bad shape, and a corner on front flat roof was leaking badly like a waterfall (luckily not inside the house) when storms come. Sing came and did estimation about a month ago. He had good suggestions on the solution for the leak and total price was reasonable. He prepared the contract carefully and clearly. We decided to go with them. Last week he and his team came. They put down new leaf guards, removed all the old shingles, put ice-water shield and new shingles on. Sing himself worked on the flat roof. He carefully prepared the surfaces, torched down new layer of membrane, attached a new down-pipe, and finished off with new flashings. They worked on my roof for 4 days in total. Every day they came in early and the last day they worked till 9PM because they knew the storm was coming the next day. All the work was superbly done. When the big storm hit our town, I was so glad that there were no leaks. The new down-pipe worked very well. Sing, thank you for your good work!
