Hired to do maple hardwood floors about 900+ sq ft. Misquoted price had to pay 800 more then wanted more cash and I refused to pay an extra 400. Contractor then left huge gaps by fireplace between floor and baseboard and did not caulk baseboards like agreed then wanted more cash to finish I refused and will not return my texts.
I bought a coupon through living social deals. The first clean was not satisfactory but they were very good at coming back and doing a re-clean which was much better. I would recommend them as they had good customer service and follow up.
Put a wall oven on hold $500 charge to my credit card, I called to cancel 3 times, each time they said "no problem" each time they did not do it. 3 months later stil no credit issued. Called Mgr. who was not sorry and not very helpful either. Would not deal with them again.
