Our roofer did a poor job re-shingling our roof so we contacted Dave for an inspection. We highly recommend having a roof inspection immediately after a roofing job as most homeowners have no idea what a proper roofing job entails with some roofers cutting corners to save time. Some roof inspectors won't even go on the roof. Dave conducted initial and follow-up inspections by going up on our roof and he provided detailed reports complete with photos. There were a few delays and bumps along the way; in the end Dave came through for us and got the job done. It was thanks to Dave's experience and his reports that we were able to have our roofer address all outstanding issues. Thanks again Dave!

At 4 am two weeks ago we awoke to the sound of a raccoon trying to get into our roof! We only noticed the entry point the next evening; the raccoon had pushed in the soffit in a corner hard to see from the ground. Calls to several companies over the weekend went unanswered or we would have to wait days or at least a week for service. Luckily we found SWAT on Homestars and Derrick and Eden arrived two days later. They inspected the attic, secured the entry point with a one-way door and secured two more obvious potential entry points. For the following 2 nights it appeared the raccoon tried to enter again unsuccessfully. A week after the initial work Derrick and Eden returned as promised to remove the door and fix and secure the soffit. Derrick inspected the roof and found no other evidence of forced entry. From the initial call, we found everyone we dealt with to be polite, professional and responsive and excellent at managing customer expectations. We highly recommend SWAT for raccoon issues.

Solutions Electrical really came through for us! They were referred to us by another Homestars company who couldn't fit us in. Knowing nothing about Solutions, we called and spoke with Frank. He not only diagnosed the likely problem but had Dave come right after the long weekend (to save us money) and all the while taking the time over several phone calls to reassure us and explain what would happen. True to their word, within a week all was fixed and they also tackled a few other minor issues in the time they were here to fix the main problem. Overall, we are extremely pleased with their excellent service, clear and open communication, superb customer care and reasonable price. We look forward to having Solutions back to do additional work in our home.
