I would absolutely not recommend this company (looks like they are out of business anyway!). We waited for over two weeks to get a response about an appointment; they did not show up when scheduled. We called but could not leave a voicemail due to the box being full. We eventually got a new appointment after persistent, hourly calls. We were within the 15 duct(s) in our package, but were told that 2 vents were different types and did not qualify, therefore were $20 more each (whereas the company site was $10 for additional ducts and it was not listed that there are different "grades" of ducts and/or vents) and this was an obvious cash grab. After cleaning, several of the vent covers were not installed correctly and debris was left on the floor. The technician also thought a wall safe (disguised with a vent cover) was a duct even upon "inspection." I had to take the vent down to confirm for him that it was a safe and not an additional duct. Ridiculous! Despite the short comings in the service, we could not take another day off to accommodate another company so we asked about furnace, humidifier and air conditioning cleaning after an issue with our furnace. We were told an additional $140-160 each for the cleaning of each item. As we could not afford to take another day off to accommodate another firm - we had to take the hit of get another company to come in in the future. Overall, I am dissatisfied and find this company a waste of my time and money.

I emailed George about an estimate for a gas line hook up and provide him with a description of my home. He was able to do the work within a short period of time and arrived punctually to connect my bbq with a gas line. He provided me with options before installing the gas line and completed the work in a timely fashion. Before leaving he instructed me on how to operate the gas line and provided some troubleshooting tips on the bbq itself. The bbq worked perfectly when we used it that evening. We were very satisfied and would recommend George.
