Dropping bin off for dirt from backyard
We had called 310-DUMP for a bin to place some dirt from our backyard. They delivered the bin, made me sign a waver that they don't give copies of, marked on the bin how much we could fill it, took $300 cash and a visa number. On the invoice its stated to cost $294 for 2 tones and anything over will cost us $95 dollars per tone. WE filled the bin half way and called the company for a pick. They came and refused to pick it up and now charged us extra $135 dollars to send another truck. Took $200 deposit from my visa and charged additional $57 to the visa. So all together it costed $700, and plus we had to take the dirt out of the bin which is sitting on the side of the house now. Don't give your visa to this company and don't sign anything. WE could have paid $500 for a bin and a crew to dig, but 310 was recomended to us which I will tell everybody not use. They take money from you. They also trick you into putting more stuff in the bin so that they can overcharge you. Listen to me don't go with 310-DUMP. Driver told us to fill it to the line that he marked which after taking a lot of dirt out of the bin still costed $257. BAsically $ 300 was only to come and deliever empty bin top your house. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm sick to my stomach and called these people that I have recommended 310 to not to use them. I'd lioke to put it on the news and warn everybody about 310 DUMP

I am really surprised and sorry about the bad experience you had with 310-Dump. The special discount deal we are offering right now is $280 (plus tax) for a 10 cubic yard bin and customers can keep it for 5 days with 2 tonnes junk included (extra tonnage will be charged at $95/tonne). Our people in sales department were trainned to explain to customers (before even taken the order) that the bins maximum capacity is 3 tonnes of materials and if the material is dirt or concrete, it can only fill up one-third of the bin. And our field staffs would explain again to our customers when they deliver the bin so that customers will sign the waiver for approval of understanding.
But if you filled the bin half up with dirt and concrete, it meant that it was over the bin capacity. If we picked up the bin, this would violate the transportation safety traffic law. For the extra money we charged, we must have explained the charges and presented to you the invoices of the dump before they charged to your credit card. If there is anything you feel was not fair to you about the transaction, I would suggest you to contact our Customer Service Department and we are more than happy to help you.
I would like to state that we have been in business for over 15 years and we have successfully built our copmpany with dignity, integrity and reliability. We do not, have not and will not scam anyone and take money from any of our customers. Should any of our customers not be satisfied with our service, we are more than happy to speak to them and resolve the problem right of the way.
