After a thorough examination, the friendly technician named Dima, diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. He arrived on-time with the appropriate part and installed it in a reasonable amount of time, and then performed a multipoint inspection to ensure that there were no leaks. There was no service call fee because a repair was necessary, and I saved 15% by using a discount coupon that I found on Fix Appliances' website. I was satisfied with my experience with Fix Appliances, and would use them again.

I had mold in the attic of the townhouse I just bought due to lack of ventilation and a previously leaky roof. I called The Mold Guy and spoke to Kay. After asking me a few questions such as the square footage of my home she gave me a thorough explanation of what the mold removal process would be along with an estimated cost. It took two men approximately 3 hrs to kill the mold in my attic with a spray fungicide. I was able to stay inside my home for the entire treatment. Upon completion I was shown before and after photographs of my attic. My experience with The Mold Guy was a positive one.

I had planned a move to a new city for quite a while from a house I had lived in for many years. I was not looking forward to the moving process after hearing countless horror stories of priceless heirlooms and beloved possessions being destroyed by careless movers. Not to mention the shady practice of asking for more money before releasing delivered items from moving trucks. After doing a great deal of research, I came upon Rent-a-Son, which seamed to have far better reviews than most of the other moving companies I had considered. Scheduling the move involved a series of e-mails and a couple of phone calls with a polite moving co-ordinator. The estimate I received seamed a little steep at first but I decided to proceed anyway. Moving day arrived and I was terribly nervous about what was going to happen. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised to find three friendly men at my door eager to get started. They worked carefully and quickly, ensuring not to damage anything. Before I new it, the truck was full and on its way to my new home ahead of schedule. I should also mention that a great deal of thought was put into moving a very heavy piece of exercise equipment from the second level of my first house to the basement of my second home. At one point they realized that the only way to manoeuvre past the awkward landing on my basement steps was to turn the equipment upside-down. I was thoroughly impressed. I plan on using Rent-a-Son again to complete my move this autumn, and would recommend this company to anyone else that shared my fears about moving. They did a great job !
