One week after laminate flooring was installed by professional, floor showed scratches - bright white on the black slate colour. We have no children, no dog. Just two senior citizens living here and do not wear shoes in the house. Dupont rep told us to wash the floor with a diluted solution of water and nail polish remover!... but warrantee would not cover scratches. We are most unhappy and disappointed!!
