Our side door was builder's original from over 30 years ago. Water had gotten into its metal frame and rotted out the interior wood supports. After some looking around, we had decided to go through with this company. We wanted a like-for-like replacement but with improved insulation, so we went with a premium door. It works well and seals great. The only issue we had was due to COVID-19 there was a lengthy delay in getting the door and in arranging for its installation. However, once done, we're very pleased with the workmanship.
