Rachid came with his troops and competed the exterior painting, interior hand rail painting and patio painting in 1 day. He was fast, efficient and through in his work. This was the repeat work we had with Rachid and his team. Rachid is a great person to work with. One note with respect to patio work, we were given various options but he offered an option that was cheapest, fastest and best. Look forward to working with you again, Rachid!

Rachid and his team from XTERRA HOME RENOVATIONS completed significant renovations in our home which included laminate/porcelain tiles for the floor including baseboards, painting whole house including fixing stucco in some areas, venting and installing Kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, and changed lighting fixtures in the whole house. Rachid is a perfectionist. He has a great attitude, enjoys his work and takes it very seriously. He just does not complete his work but always looks to make it better. We are quite satisfied with his work.
