Clearing Blockage of Sanitary Sewer Line
The technician, Paul, did an excellent job identifying the cause of the blockage and clearing it. He provided a video of the sewer line showing the location of tree roots that contributed to the problem. He was courteous and careful, and explained in detail what the issue was and what the options are to rectify it. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.
