We had significant damage to our roof and fascia boards due to water damage and we were previously unsuccessful in finding a roofing contractor to come out and assess the amount of work needed - evidently roofing contractors have been in high demand during these COVID days. A friend provided us with a referral to Edgar at NAVCO. We reached out and Edgar promptly replied and came to our house to inspect the roof. He gave a detailed, honest assessment on the condition of the roof and the extent of repairs need - there was extensive rotting of the substrate. We went over our options and time frame of the project. We were provided with a fair quote and Edgar was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the work to be done in the detailed quote. His crew was very hard working, efficient, courteous and professional. Edgar kept in regular touch with us throughout the project and responded promptly whenever we had questions. Upon completion, Edgar came by to review the finished project with us and ensure that we were happy. The project was looks great and our neighbors have all said that they thought the new roof and gutters looked very nice. Well done NAVCO!
