We worked with Aurora windows and doors to install all of our windows and doors throughout our home. Alon was fantastic and knowledgeable about the products. He was patient in working with us and set our expectations about the potential delays due to COVID. We did need to wait for over 12 weeks for our windows and doors to arrive but we were super happy with the install and service we received once they arrived. Alon checked in with us a number of times to ensure we were happy with the results.

We added a second floor to our bungalow, gutted and completely renovated the main floor too. These guys do excellent work. They are the most organized contractors I've ever dealt with. The staff is very professional and generally just nice to deal with. The building crew was amazing and most of the contractors they brought in did really good work. We really didn't have to worry about the project and felt that we were in good hands for the entire build. The team told us construction would take 5 months to complete and almost 5 months to the day, we moved back in. However, we still had a few small outstanding items to complete. Unfortunately, this was where things kinda fell apart for us. The process slowed down a little too much for our liking. It took more than 3 months to get some of those last items completed which was frustrating. Despite this, I still felt our overall experience was good and if I had to do it again, I would hire Modular again.

George responded promptly to my inquiry and came out the same day to scope out the work needed to be done. After reviewing the placement of our BBQ and the best way to run the gas line, George recommended that we should reconsider the placement of the BBQ from the side deck, to the back of our home. He measured and worked with us to figure out the most economical way to run the gas line. George and his team worked quickly yet precisely and into the evening hours to complete the job and did an excellent job. He then gave us a quick tutorial on how to use our BBQ and recommended ways of shutting down the gas flow. I wouldn't think twice about working with The Gas Guys again.
