Orlando and his helper did a satisfactory job of framing the garage, did soffits, facia, shingles, but left the capping of the door frames until spring. Unfortunately, we paid him in full, in good faith that he would complete this last detail now. He now claims that his tradesperson who does this left, materials cost more, and he can no longer finance it. We had a contractual agreement that this was included. Be careful. We met with Romeo on Saturday, gave him the "go ahead" on Sunday, and by Monday noon they began our project, as we need our garage complete before freezeup. It was completed within a week, and Romeo was "hands-on" throughout. Both Romeo and Andrew were excellent workers, gave alot of attention to detail and had helpful suggestions.
