We needed a new liner for our gas furnace. Rick provided a competitive quote and came on Saturday to install it. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because the liner had deteriorated badly but Rick and his partner completed the job diligently. They reported that we were missing shingles on our roof which was helpful. Unfortunately, our gas water heater was not working the next day (turned out to be an unrelated problem) and Rick returned on Sunday to re-light the pilot light. The owner, Bob, followed up on Monday to ensure that the hot water was still working which was much appreciated. Great job!

We had shingles missing on our roof and bare wood was showing. Michael responded to my email quickly, provided a quote over the phone and via email and sent someone over a short time later. He repaired the roof and advised us about some other work that needs to be done on our chimney. The photos provided by Mr Roof Repair were helpful to see the extent of the damage caused by animals and then to show us how the damage was repaired. We were very pleased with the work.
