I can’t say enough about these guys! Malcolm is a jack of all trades and a perfectionist! I came to him with a list and everything was done to perfection, as though he was doing it in his own home! Malcolm and Mark painted, repaired drywall, put up blinds, replaced light fixtures, replaced old bedroom doors with newer ones and even gave me free hardware for them, that he had. He’s since, mounted TVs for us, and I have a new list which I know will be done in the usual perfectionist style he maintains always. 5 stars plus!! If youre lucky enough to have Mark paint and drywall, he takes his time, and is also a perfectionist!!!! Love these guys!

Follow up to my previous review. I have contacted Chris, the owner of Burloak, several times, and he visited apparently once, when i wasnt home (despite me asking him to make an arrangement to meet) and after phone tag, left me a message that all he is able to do is put a coat of paint on it!! There are spider web marks, and hollow points in several areas, and pooling at the doorstep. POOR customer service, but his reception at the office was prompt and courteous.. I do NOT recommend this company, and will pursue a small claim now, at wits end, as this will need repair in less than 2 years. Also, there was not a drip edge made part of the job, which apparently is very important . Do your research. I didnt do enough. It looks 'pretty' when dry, but hollow and spider marks all over when wet, and all winter.

After the concrete was poured and came out 2 of 3 sides, then collapsed, I was shocked to watch them try to save the job. It got worse before it got better. They put the steps in without any solid footings, promised to seal the concrete, then left the unfinished job, saying it doesn't need to be sealed, and there are hollow parts starting to crack less than a week later. I've called the company, and will update here, what if anything, they do to make the job right. Meanwhile, my front lawn and side of my driveway are a mess that only a landscaper can resolve. Hence more $, as they have on the estimate that this is my responsibility. Oh , and they cut phone and cable lines!

I can't say enough great things about the quality workmanship, the professionalism of Eric Narine and his crew, and the fabulous job he did installing my shutters. They look beautiful, durable, and his measurements were EXACT!!!! Choose this company. I did, out of several, and I will give them business again. Floors, blinds...anything they do, I'm sure they will do it well!! Perfectionist!
