From K in Constance Bay: We hired IAQ Ottawa to consult on a proposed summer home renovation and demolition project we undertook at the family cottage. Our initial proposal involved demolition and reconstruction of a home on a flood plain dealing with the conservation authority, surveyors, and local authorities. Shawn helped us design a plan, renovate our summer home, add a small addition, complete HVAC, restore our well, and totally winterize our now four season dwelling. Shawn met with the trades weekly, updated costs, provided and amended spreadsheets, and ensured building code compliance. We moved in on time and have had Shawn deal directly with the trades regarding issues with work warranties.
