I knew of Watermark Plumbing from Geoff's posts in neighbourhood FB groups sharing DIY advice so that you can save money instead of calling a plumber, which sounds counter-intuitive at first but speaks highly to Geoff's character. We had some outdoor and indoor issues that I couldn't resolve on my own, and Geoff scheduled Brad to come less than 24 hours after I called. They were both very professional, efficient, and transparent, and offered good practical advice on preventative maintenance. They even sent a personalized thank-you note in the mail for choosing them! Watermark Plumbing will definitely be my first call if I am unfortunate enough to require plumbing services again and I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

Allen was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. He kept me in the loop as the inspection progressed then carefully walked me through every issue they found with the house - which, for a 100-year-old house in Toronto, is a long list. I needed an inspection done on an extremely tight timeline (with add-ons services too), and Allen not only booked me for a date very soon after I called him, but even went out of his way to deliver results AHEAD of schedule. I'm very pleased with his services and have no doubt that his work is worth every dollar.
