What are our options? We put a $500 deposit on a side board in December (we also bought a dining room table and chairs which were floor models - these were delivered without a problem), the owner said it would show up in April. It's now May. After countless calls (at least 6 calls), being told that someone would call us back and never receiving return calls, calls are now being directed to voicemail. We called Amex but the 90 day period had expired. Thoughts?
