Kyle and his team just finished putting up drywall for my parent's basement and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and level of diligence and attention they put into this project. We had some hiccups along the way when Kyle found a crack in the foundation that needed to be fixed before installing the drywall. Kyle went above and beyond by taking care of this for us by finding a foundation crack specialist, including making the calls and sending over pics to this other company. After doing lots of research, we decided to use Green Maple for our 3 bathroom renos at my parents older house in Kitchener. We selected Green Maple due to their reasonable quote, great reviews and confidence Ariel gave us on our first meeting. We have had some bad experiences with a past renovation so were diligent in finding the right contractor. The project started and ended within our timeframe. Ariel was our main contact and Alberto was the one that did most of the work. Alberto was diligent, worked hard during the entire time. There was some extra work that needed to be done with piping and Ariel did not nickel and dime us to get extra money. We appreciated him working within the quote. There were some hiccups along the way as with all renovations, but Ariel responded to all messages and worked with us to make sure we came to a workable solution and to always emphasize that the most important thing was that we would be happy with the outcome. This is what you want with a contractor, someone that puts customer service first. The renos just finished in about two months and we are more than happy with the final outcome.
