Am very happy with the service that Grady's provided, and it was for a very reasonable price. I've gotten quotes/proposal from 3 other contractors, and Grady's proposal was by far the most reasonable one; both the work that was proposed and price. He did everything very well and on time. p.s. I had squirrels nesting under my roof.
