I needed to replace my sink and went to see John. He was great to deal with. Turns out my sink can't work with my existing counter and I wanted to purchase the drop in sink at Costco. So I went back and told John I would like to return it and purchase a Tap instead. John was great to deal with he did not charge me any stocking fee just returned my sink and let me purchase the new tap. Great to deal with people that are honest and take great pride in customer service. Nicolle

I had a few contractors come in and provide me with a quote to replace my Poly B pipe. Jason made every effort to look for ways to make sure that they did not have to create more damage to my walls than necessary. His cost was far below the first company I received a quote from but in par with a second. I went with Jason because of his demeanor and he was able to do the plumbing as well as bring in a dry wall person. This saved me time in looking for someone else to do the drywall. I have since used Jason for other tasks I require around the house and will continue to use him. He is professional, honest and always does a great job. Nicolle
