Our furnace had quit working on the coldest night of the year, Feb 6/21 @ 10:30pm. The weather was -49 with the windchill. I had Called local plumbing and heating contractors in the area, and none were interested in answering the phones. Was referred to Garrett by a friend. Garrett offered immediate help, and was able to get the furnace running again in a reasonable amount of time, His troubleshooting skills are great, and knew what the problem was. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking or needing help with heating or plumbing, etc. When asked about advice, Garrett more than willing to offer.
