Awaiting for a response other than I only know what you know- This was such an exhausting process- the worst part of it was the not telling the truth . They said they were given instructions to not put the beds back together. But my friend specifically asked if they would and they said no . My guitar broken in half - my couch could come a part for the move but they insisted it not to so the guys on the receiving end didnt have to put it back together. Then my couch didnt make it. They delivered 5 out of 6 of my cushions and no coach- one week then 2 then 3 - it went on I only know what you know said Jennifer. 2 months after the arrival of my other things- my missing room divider and coach arrived - my couch legs broken and one lost box -plus the broken guitar reimbursement 138$ cost 5700
