I first spoke to Roy when I ran into a plumbing issue during the sale of my home. The buyers' inspector had claimed the type of plumbing used in the home was faulty. After speaking to a number of people who couldn't help, Roy came to the rescue! He looked at a picture of the plumbing and was able to write a letter to the buyers confirming his findings. He saved the sale of the house! He did all of this for us at no charge. A short time later I ran into issues at my new home with the water heater. I contacted Roy right away and the issue was addressed by Max that same day. Very professional and efficient! I will be using Protex for all of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!
