Exceptional service, highly recommended. Amid called and scheduled work as scheduled. I explained what I was looking to do and he listened, understood and installed the a new gas line branch exactly according to what we decided on. Work was done quickly, professionally and with no issues. Great service, and I would definitely do business or refer Mili Air Solution to others.

Will did a super job and was able to fix all my issues and address all my concerns. I submitted a request for service and he responded the very next day. It was very nice to see such a quick response time, considering that the request was not an emergency. He was able to set up the job to start on the same day. Will arrived on time, was very professional and answered all my questions, provided expert advice and worked diligently. He made sure my things would not get wet before he fixed my leaking sink pipes and explained what the problem was. Will also took a look at the issue with my toilet rattling. He was able to quickly identify that the water valve just needed to be completely open, and advised that the valve did not need replacement. Will finally removed and replaced the shutoff valve to my outside spigot which was seized. He was very good to discuss it with me before I decided to replace the aging spigot as well. He was great to review the work needed and give me an estimate to do the job for me to decide. He was very diligent to understand what I wanted, confirmed with me before finalizing it and followed through on how I wanted the job done. It was a pleasure to have a technician come in with Will's expertise, but also willingness to understand what I wanted. Finally, the pricing (compared to the last time I had someone else fix the sink for the same issue before it failed again) was very fair and competitive. For the superb customer service from the Award Plus team and their expertise and to have someone listen to the customer's wishes is rare these days. I would highly recommend Aware Plus to anyone with plumbing service needs.

I wanted to replace the original and aging furnace and air conditioner which has been a long overdue project for me. Consultation: Robert was very personable and professional in understanding my needs and to explain my options to decide what I wanted. He was very reasonable to explain what would work well for my specific scenario and what would be less practical. There was never any upsell or push at all which is very appreciative. Installation: Saeed and team were very thorough, and thoughtful in doing an awesome job, to not only install everything skillfully, but also clean up nicely after the installation. I was very happy to see how clean and thorough of a job they did, especially on the little, easily overlooked things like nice sealing, clean wiring, while working in a very organized manner. Conclusion: If you do enough research, you’ll notice that a lot of advice mentioning that the quality of the install will determine your furnace and air conditioner’s longevity more-so than the manufacturer you decide on go with. The very next day after installation, it was a very hot day and the air conditioner has kept my home cooler than it has ever been before on a 30+C. Both Robert and Saeed did an excellent job from a customer care and also from the technical installation perspective. They are definite assets to Cozy World that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very prompt, very efficient, very effective service! Mike took my call, gave me an immediate quote after reviewing some pics I sent and was over in 30 minutes, which was very appreciated, being it was after dinner and I was hoping not to wait until the next day. I had a sink drain that failed (broke) and he gave a reasonable quote. He gave me options, including the cheapest (minimal) and his recommendation. He was very quick and efficient to replace the necessary pipes. He spent more time testing to ensure there were no more leaks than it took him to actually fix it. A++, thanks Mike for the quick and thorough job!

Gentlemen that actually did the work were very nice and worked hard, and my lawn, for the most part was quite decent. I did mention some browning spots on my lawn after it was re-sod but they basically ignored it. I felt like they were trying to bilk more than what they originally agreed on, but they have a disclaimer that they can do that, which I'll explain. I got an estimate for work done, but was billed for considerably more. I asked for a retaining wall and was told that our conversation was based on something different than what was written in the quote, so they had to bill more than the quote. Also, I was told that because they came when it was raining, that it took longer than expected, so I had to pay for the significantly increased number of hours required to finish the job. The issue I have is that I was billed extra for weather conditions I have no control over (and neither do they) but was not offered an explanation nor an option to reschedule the work during better weather. These increases from the original quote were acceptable by them because they have a disclaimer that the quote is just an estimate and that the price may be higher than what was agreed. Personally, I never dealt with a contractor that changed the price of the quote where no change was made to the work requested. Their work itself was very good, but if you decide to go with them, I would suggest you anticipate that you may have to pay more than what you agreed to. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason.
