I had a poor experience with Maple Shine Cleaning. Despite booking an appointment weeks in advance, Dan, the owner, rescheduled multiple times and often cancelled on the day of service. He didn't provide a specific reason for cancellation, but he did mention he had several Airbnb clients he prioritized over his other regular scheduled cleanings.   I agreed to the constant rescheduling because Maple Shine Cleaning had good reviews on Google, but even when Dan and his team finally showed up at our home, they were over 90 minutes late. Although they did a decent cleaning job, I do not recommend their service, as there are many other companies that are much more reliable and actually value their customer's time.
