I've owned a Rolltec awning for several years and the mechanics still work perfectly. However the environment has taken its toll on the fabric and it needed to be replaced. I emailed Helen at Rolltec on a Saturday and within ten minutes she responded with a quote on the replacement. The quote was less than I expected so I placed the order immediately. On October 3, 2012 the main spring on my garage door broke. My vehicle was in the garage and I was unable to open the door manually. I contacted Markham Garage Doors and they said they would be here as soon as possible. Ryan P. a technician for company showed up a few hours later. He was very professional and courteous and had the spring repaired in about and hour. He even noticed a broken hinge on one of the door pannels and replaced it free of charge and then lubricated the entire system. This type of service today is rare. I would highly recommend Markham Garage Doors and would gladly use their services again.
