BUYER BEWARE: Working with Grassroots was an emotionally upsetting experience. The project management was sloppy, inattentive and misleading, the design options provided were limited and over budget, and the workmanship of the final product poor. Overall, communications were unclear, disorganized, accusatory and ultimately abusive. I am looking to have all the tiling and the floor, door and bathtub installation, including plumbing, redone. One of their subcontractor did damage to my kitchen wall and they tried to get out of having to fix it. I chose this company even though they were more expensive than the other options before me because I was looking for an easy, hands off, professionally managed and executed project. Instead, it was exactly the opposite.
