They installed 6 windows at our home in November 2024. We are extremely happy with the overall experience. Inna, home comfort consultant, was very responsive and took care of the whole process from quote, all the way post install, when I needed help with Greener homes grant process. thank you Inna! The install team was truly amazing too. They took care of the floor and left the place very clean. Inna and install team coordinated to address few minor glitches and even honored verbal commitments. Back office team was very meticulous with communication. I received updates during whole production and scheduling process, which was really helpful. We are very happy with the experience we got: quote, install, post install support. Happy to support and write a review for a Canadian company with manufacturing here in GTA - less emission too!

We just got our basement finished. This was our 2nd major reno, after a full kitchen reno a few months ago. We are glad we didn't go with our kitchen reno contractor, although we were happy with them at that time. After getting a quote and talking to 5 contractors we decided to go with #Heptagon Inc. Now looking back, we are more than glad we made that decision. From the very beginning the owner was very transparent with the quote in terms of material that he will use, specifics around tasks, and timelines. I know most often than not, quote revision conversations come up, but Heptagon always guided us on how to control the cost, without compromising quality and delivery. They communicated a detailed plan for flooring, framing, drywall, paint, electrical, and HVAC. During 6 weeks of reno, it only happened once where the framer couldn't show up as he was ill. I know this is a long review, but based on Heptagon s performance I think this is totally justified. If anyone is on the fence about going with Heptagon, you are more than welcome to coordinate with him to take a look at our basement.
