I contacted them though nest website as they were supposed to be “experts” because we installed a thermostat Nest E and it wasn’t recognizing the humidifier. I specifically told them when booking the appointment what model of nest and what was the issue. When the technician arrived we explained again, after wasting out timing without being able to figure out what was wrong, he called nest to find out that the thermostat E is not compatible with humidifiers. So basically he didn’t do anything the guy who book the appointment couldn’t have told me if they knew the product they say the are “experts” about. He never gave me an invoice or anything, he left slamming the door when we are the ones who should have been mad as they wasted our time. Now, 5 months later I received a letter from them asking me to pay 100$ For what????? For nothing? For leaving it the way it was?
