Dule and his team at Modular Homes Additions were wonderful to work with. Aside from being good and honest people, they also have incredible work ethic. We hired them for a very large renovation that kept only a single existing wall - practically a new build. They produced quality results, with speed and precision, and were a delight during the process. They kept us informed about progress, made suggestions for improvements and were transparent with us right from the start. Even when we wanted to make changes, they delivered with ease. From beginning to end, we felt understood and supported, clear about cost and timelines, and always felt like the lines of communication were open. It was like working with friends. This team has integrity. When it comes to something as important as your home, that is of the utmost importance. Ultimately, they helped turn our vision for our dream home into a reality, and we are so pleased we chose them for this milestone in our lives. We would not hesitate to refer them, or hire them again in future. Thank you Dule & team!

Money, profit, positions... are taking place in front of the real values.

Being transparent and informative about the process and the costs involved in any given project was of utmost importance to the Modular team, from the beginning. Helping our clients to achieve their goals, helped us build the company that we have today. Without client appreciation and understanding of the process, cooperation with us during the renovation, Modular wouldn't be able to develop insight into what are the important things for our clients.
