I had a terrible experience with Sia and Silvertouch cabinets Feb 10th - I sent them an email with my kitchen design Feb 19th - they provided a quote for both the cabinets and renovation work which was being done by a contractor that they work with Feb 20th - I visited their showroom, we discussed some options and decided that I should do my own research on countertops and pick one out Feb 23rd - I called Sia to ask for the name of the contractor that they work with as I wanted him to come visit my home to review my entire scope of work which also included new hardwood floors March 2nd - I had the contractor come visit my home March 2nd - I placed an order for hardwood floors that were also needed for my reno March 3rd - I emailed Sia to ask a question about an integrated handle for my fridge, at that time she informed me that "Our company got into a big project and we are not able to take any other job at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience" Clearly it was a terrible experience, I lined everything up to do the reno, wasted my time meeting their contractor, only to be told that they cannot do the work. Now I am left scrambling to find someone else AVOID AT ALL COSTS
