We decided to renovate our whole first floor of our house in jan 2020, just at the beginning of COVID. The project started in February and completed in the 6 week timeline we had agreed upon. We broke down 2 walls, and reconfigured the full space. Phil is an amazing contractor with great project management skills. He kept things on time and on budget. I can't say enough about the experience we had with him. Not everything went smoothly as is usually the case with big projects, but we knew Phil would be on top of things. He had great ideas as it came to developing the space. He is honest, listens to his clients and delivers. We will definitely ask him to do other projects in our house.
