We hired Tron to help us install and replace multiple outlets (indoor and outdoor) and we are beyond satisfied with the service. Wen was the electrician assigned to our case. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He gave us some tips about increasing our electrical efficiency and keeping our home safe. Wen is also respectful or our home and kept the working area super clean. Oliver from the office helped with the initial consultation and scheduling our appointments. Oliver is patient, super quick to respond, and left a great impression right off the bat. Overall, we had a great experience with Tron and will definitely hire them again!

We hired Egress Window Experts for two window cutouts and we are very pleased with the result! The sales person Bill was very friendly and responsive. His quote was quick and fair. He promptly answered all of our questions and helped us tremendously with the permit inspection after the job is done. The team of installers were professional, efficient and respectful of our home. They were also very patient with us while we decided on the final placement of the windows on the day of the install. They took responsibility for a minor oversight (forgetting to take photos for the permit inspector) and addressed it very quickly to our satisfaction. We've been searching for a company to help us replace our front walkway as it was very old and uneven. After over a year of searching, we finally found Joe and Terra Stone to help. We ended up replacing our front and back walkway, replacing our backyard patio, stone masonry for our front porch, and replacing our driveway curbs. We were very satisfied with the results and we highly recommend Joe if you are someone who wants the work done with professionalism and high standards all while being fairly priced. We decided to go with Terra Stone because they offered the best value for good quality work with high standards. Joe gave us a fair quote for the services he provided. He took the time to show us the exact stone and pavers we will be getting. Joe was very responsive and never implied that our project was too small for his business or that we asked too many questions. In particular, Joe was very patient and had reliable communication. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of good ideas and recommendations for our project. The actual job took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was mainly due to the weather. The first phase of their work for us was the stone masonry on our front porch. After they had completed that on the first day, before we even noticed, Joe decided that they needed to redo it because he was not satisfied with how it looked. Throughout the entire time, Joe would be present to ensure the project was going smoothly and was very easy to communicate with. He was extremely patient and would always check in with us to ensure that we were happy with the work being done. Every time there was something we wanted changed, it would be done to our expectation. Towards the end, due to a late change in the design, we ran out of materials to complete the project, but Joe was able to help us get the materials we wanted without delay. Even after the project was done, Joe would still be responsive to our questions and tended to our needs. From what we've seen, we can tell that Joe is a great boss who cares greatly about his staff, his work, and the customer. Convertible installed a new air conditioner for us last week. The quoting process was efficient as they were able to give me all the information I need through the phone, even though I called on a Sunday outside of their regular business hours. Sam was very patient and knowledgeable, he gave me lots of great advice and insight on selecting the right AC for my needs. Sam was able to schedule my installation 3 days after our initial contact. The installers were professional, polite, and efficient. They kept the work area very clean, and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Strongly recommend.
