Terrible company with no appreciation fort customer service. Do not respect the times associated with the scheduled visit. Was supposed to be here on Monday between 9 and 1PM and then called only to find out that the new employee was confused as to their start date and the service call was rescheduled to the next day from 9 to 1PM. At 12:10 I called to find out status only to be told that he showed up 22 minutes early at 8:38am and left. Simply terrible customer service and have reported them to Maytag.
