This is a follow-up to a Home inspection which Vahn completed for myself and my spouse on the purchase of our 1st home in November 2020. I could not agree more with all of the other comments on Vahn - thorough, detail oriented, professional and accurate! Once Vahn makes suggestions in the Home Inspection, follow-through with them. We recently had an electrician over to review the Panel box wiring as Vahn had flagged AC wiring for inspection. Vahn was right, there was a potential fire hazard with a mismatch of the breaker and the wiring size. Vahn, keep at it - any person who asks for your services is doing themselves a huge favour! -Joe and Christine

My spouse and I had purchased our first home and were able to get a home inspection. The home inspector flagged a potential issue with the electrical for the AC unit. Like a regular person, I let this slide for a bit as we haven't required our AC. However, the temperature is quickly turning from spring to mid summer in a week! So, I put out the request for a panel box inspection and received a few replies, but the very first (and I mean VERY first reply was 2 min after I submitted) was Vitucci Electric Inc. Rocco quickly asked what he could do to help. I read the reviews on HomStars and really liked those from Vitucci Electric Inc. Rocco was able to fit me in for an inspection the same day (thankful for cancellations). Lukas arrived at the agreed time, he was exceptionally polite and professional, went about the inspection and found a couple issues - incorrect wiring gauge for the breaker for the AC unit as well as the AC wiring not fully weatherproofed. Rocco was able to offer me a few options - based on budget - which was excellent. But I am a person who believes getting done right the first time is always worth it - and more cost effective in the long run. However the best part is the timing of the work. Given that summer basically showed up in a week and both Rocco and Lukas knew we were not going to turn on the AC until it was fixed, Rocco literally made room the next day to complete the job and pre-ordered all of the material to ensure it could be completed. A few things to summarize - Vitucci Electric Inc is fantastic. Rocco and Lukas are very professional and keep very open lines of communication. I have 100% trust in total strangers (which is pretty odd for me). Both Rocco and Lukas are passionate and very knowledgeable about their craft - speak to them and you will find out. As for price they seemed reasonable to me - but again - you get what you pay for. 10 star service 12 star personalities!
