Climbing Bear Tree Care - tree advice/trimming
We hired Climbing Bear Tree Company to look at a few very large, older trees that were showing signs of damage/rot. Colin came to our house within days of contacting him, listened carefully to our concerns, gave us his assessment of the trees and recommended route plus options, depending on our wishes. This last part really impressed me because it showed his ability to understand our wishes within the scope of what the trees needed. In other words, he didn't take a 'slash and burn' approach. We worked out a mutually agreeable price (with written quote ), date to do the work, and he showed up on schedule, and on time. He and his partner got straight to work, with all the proper safety equipment, and carried out everything as quoted. He also provided further information about our trees once he got up to the trouble spots. He seems to know a lot about the different species, works with preservation in mind, and is very good at communicating his ideas. I would hire this company again, and recommend them to others in the Ottawa area.
