Lisa and Gemma (West Vancouver location) cleaned two homes for me on the same day: the condo I sold and the condo I bought in North Vancouver. Both were cleaned to perfection; it felt like I was in a 10 star spa between the essential oil scents and the level of cleanliness. The environmentally friendly products turned our new home (previously tenanted and in need of TLC) into something extraordinary. I never thought of having a cleaning service before but for the volume of work they did, it's worth every penny and more. These ladies put in 110% effort, were genuinely careful and caring, love their work and it shows. I'd recommend them and AspenClean products to everyone.

Update: the faucet wasn't attached properly; am making call today for this to be fixed. Daniel came over shortly after the expected timeframe (I called at 8am, was told to expect service within the hour, and he arrived ~ 9:20). He promptly diagnosed the issue, referred one sticking point to his supervisor (whether or not to turn hot water off to the building, briefly), shopped for parts, fixed the valve and faucet all under 2 hours. The website offers a $22 off coupon which helped alleviate some expense. Service was prompt, clean, professional, and courteous. Estimate provide prior to commencement. Labour has warranty guaranteed for 6 months. Yes, I would use them again/recommend them to others who want to pay for worry-free service and get the job done quickly.
