Front yard, back yard, garden wall, shed foundation
I share the sentiments of other clients who are dissatisfied, frustrated and have had bad experience with Sure-Loc. Their personnel are just giving lip service but with poor workmanship and organization. I had my front patio, backyard, garden wall and shed foundation estimated. I also paid for an armour rock that's suppose to go to the front patio. I specifically requested that I should be informed when they are coming so I can stay home during the project. I waited for their call for one week and got nothing. I was at work when I received a message that they're already at my house and have started digging an hour before! I was shocked to see the mess they did (front and back) when I drove home. They dugged out a wrong dimension for my shed foundation and garden wall, snapped a cable from the ground. The interlocking was done the next day. The guy who is taking the money asked to have the final payment since they still have to go to Richmond Hill. And after receiving the money, one by one they left without finishing my garden wall, without fixing the shed foundation, caps are not glued properly. The guys who were left behind who were suppose to just do cutting of the stones were the ones who finished the garden wall and they put hand me down stones from other projects with dry contact glue still visible from the stones! To make matter worse, the garden wall was not what I specified and paid for. And it's been three weeks of constant calling the company and I haven't seen any armour rock that I also paid for! It is so frustrating and such an incovenience this experience with SureLoc. I want to cancel the armour rock and get a refund for that and for the garden wall and just get on with fixing the mess they made in my garden. I will NEVER recommend this company, I don't want my friends and colleagues to experience this kind of treatment.

Dear Frustrated client, very sorry to hear of your concerns re Sure-loc, your work was under a two year guarantee, and under normal circumstances if a customer has concerns we have a service man go out and address those concerns, so sorry this did not happen in your case.
