I have a unique situation, my meter is located on a detached garage (Markham Cornell) and the 100A main panel is located in the basement of the house. Unfortunately the builder located the panel under a window so the panel needs to me moved to make room for an egress window. I also wanted to install a 240V outlet in the garage for an electric car charger. I've had trouble in the past with getting electricians out to quote on the work, they seem to loose interest. Mo and his team at 24/7 Electrical were a pleasant change and showed real interest in the work. They installed a new 200A main panel in the garage with a NEMA 14-50 and a new 100A sub panel in the basement on the adjacent wall. The work was completed in a quick and tidy fashion, I am super happy with the cleanliness of the electrical work. (Nevermind the low voltage stuff, that's up to me finally clean up!!)

Took down a wall and started to scrape the popcorn. Need someone to finish. Contractor #1 wanted 30%deposit and was going to do the job in the evenings. Contractor #2 would do the job during the day and required no deposit. We got along ok and I gave him the job. We texted and he would start Monday, no show and no response... Ghosted. Called Contractor #1 and told him my story and how I'd like to pay after work was complete, he agreed but threw in he wanted a 25% deposit. Found Afra renovation and Aria came over to look at the job. He had a was able to start immediately and finished in 2 days. Wife and I were so happy to have found such a professional contractor, started promptly each day, super smooth ceilings and cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend Aria and will use him again when do do our upstairs.

I had a Rinnai RU 199i tankless installed last week by Ash and his team. Another great experience. This tankless unit and Ash and his team is highly recommended. Previously had a return vent moved, A/C unit moved from the back to side of the house and April Aire humidifier installed. It's nice knowing that I have a go to HVAC company!! No doubt who I'll be calling when my builder furnace gives up the ghost. Also great tips on how and where to move my floor drain.
