We were impressed with the professionalism of this small, locally-owned business. We had a relatively urgent situation involving a large piece of fascia that came loose from our roof. It was banging around and making a terrible racket in the spring winds, so it was disturbing during the day and nearly impossible to sleep at night. Josh responded immediately and fit us into his schedule within a day. He came by to discover that it was, in fact, at least a 2-person job because the pitch of the roof was too steep. He returned the next day with his colleague AJ and they set things right, and this was all at the end of a very long work-day for them. The bottom line is they kept their word about coming back when they said they would. I’ll add here that our roof is particularly dangerous on account of the angles/design, so we were especially grateful for their help. They were fast and efficient at the same time as being careful and meticulous.
