My husband was thrilled with the work we recently contracted for our home and our neighbour's home. William Robinson came in on time and on budget, despite weaher delays and tight timelines. We continue to enjoy the expertly laid driveway and walkway. We also really appreciated the extra work that William undertook to find the exact interlock product that our neighbour wanted (we didn't have the name so he worked to match it). My husband and I wanted to preserve the facade of our 1930s home, while updating and modernizing it through a significant renovation. Authentic Windows were the solution we were looking for. Their craftmanship was excellent and their work added a great deal to our renovation. While it was challenging at times to work through the details, particularly for the door (our house has a rounded door which is unusual), the final product was definitely worth it. The installation was excellent and the guys really paid attention to detail. Michael was our contact and we found him to be flexible, creative and knowledgeable. The friendly family run operation exceeded out expectations.

Ian Alexander and his team worked tirelessly to get our kitchen and family room just right. My husband had some very specific requests with respect to the appliances he wanted and Copacetic was able to accommodate them all. Now that we are using our kitchen we are finding that the layout and design elements that Copacetic suggested were spot on. They were also able to accommodate changes when construction or other constraints made it necessary. While Copacetic may not have all the bells and whistles of a larger kitchen design company, ie: we were responsible for sourcing kitchen hardware and lighting, we enjoyed working with them because they really care about how the cabinetry works with the rest of the house. We also found their installation staff very pleasant and easy to deal with.
