I contacted Tip Top for a quote and received a prompt reply. Pierce called me on the weekend to arrange a day and time and his crew was in an out without me even really noticing! With 2 sleeping babies this was a real plus. We had a cascading waterfall over our front porch steps and they cleared the issue. Bring on the rain! I'd recommend them highly. Prompt and professional.
Furnace cleaning and maintenance, Running of ductwork for dryer vent
We had Kevin come into our newly bought house after the inspector had flagged our furnace was in immediate need of some TLC (cracked hoses, dirty etc.) We also had a brand new washer dryer that needed to be vented out our attic since laundry was on the 2nd floor. Kevin was prompt, courteous and explained every bit of his procedure thoroughly. When the job proved to be longer than anticipated due to the neglect suffered by our furnace from previous owners, Kevin worked diligently to repair and clean the furnace to within an inch of its life! We got both jobs done completely and the workmanship was number 1. He had to use a kit with the new dryer that had it vent out the side. He was knowledgeable, very hardworking and totally accessible. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality HVAC you can TRUST.
Moving from a Condo to a House
Everything you have read here is 100% true. We booked Firemen on a friend's recommendation (and after I read reviews here on HomeStars) and we were more than pleased with the service, work ethic and entire process of our move. Andrew, Kyle and Ahmed were fast, efficient, personable and awesome! Not a complaint from any of them for heavy items. They reassured us nothing we had was too heavy. Customer service is not dead after all! My husband has moved many times using other movers and always had a horror story as a result. He was thrilled with the experience with Firemen Movers. If we ever have to move again we will have these guys on speed dial - they are worth every penny!
